Privacy Policy
How we handle the personal data sent through this website, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018).
Who the controller is
The controller of the personal data handled by this website is D7 Filme, located at Domingos Fernandes Street, No. 40, Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo/SP, Brazil. Privacy contact: atendimento@d7filme.com.br.
What we collect and why
The contact form collects your name, phone, email and the message you write. We use this data only to answer your contact and follow up on the service you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties other than the processors listed below. This website does not set tracking cookies on your device.
Vimeo videos
Portfolio videos are hosted on Vimeo. The player only loads when you click to watch, with the "do not track" (dnt) option on. Once playback starts, Vimeo's privacy policy applies.
Legal basis
Form data is processed under article 7, V of the LGPD (preliminary steps toward a contract, at the data subject's request): you contact us asking for a service.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in the company's mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. When the contact does not become a professional relationship, the data is deleted within a reasonable time.
Who processes the data
Sending the form goes through two processors: Cloudflare (this website's infrastructure) and Amazon Web Services (the service that delivers the email). Both may process data outside Brazil, under contractual data protection safeguards (international transfer under the LGPD).
Your rights (article 18 of the LGPD)
You may ask at any time for: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability and information about sharing. To exercise any right, write to atendimento@d7filme.com.br. We answer within the LGPD deadlines. You may also petition the ANPD (Brazil's data protection authority).
